I know you're not supposed to stare at the sun, simply in the case of Guerlain's new summertime 2014 collection, it can't be helped.
The sun symbol on the new Celebration Pulverization Compact and the bottle of Terracotta Le Parfum is then mesmerizing that I go along losing myself in its golden glow…
While daydreaming almost the many eco-adventures I could accept while wearing the bronzer and blush compact on my confront (I've been flirting with the idea of a trip to Costa Rica or Belize), Tabs hopped in my lap! It gave me such a start that I accidentally dug my nails into the pan.

This succinct six-piece limited edition collection basks in bronzy, sunny, summery shades of chocolate-brown, orange and coral for lips and cheeks…and in that location'south also a gorgeous bottle of perfume.
Non much going on in terms of middle makeup this year — just a single waterproof mascara in Guerlain'southward fabulous Cils D'Enfer Maxi Lash formula, which, no joke, makes my lashes look like Zac Efron's.
I similar what I see, but information technology would've been nice to besides become some absurd metallics or eye kolhs this year.

Guerlain Terra cotta Sun Celebration Pulverisation Compact ($76): Two shades of matte bronzer to sculpt, and matte pinkish and coral blushes to burnish cheeks and skin. There's also a touch of gold (it'southward an overspray) for shimmer.
The bronzers use sheer when I swatch them with my finger, just eolith more than color on my skin when I apply them with a brush. Aforementioned goes for the blushes. The powders announced effortless and natural on the skin, and blend sans drama.
Guerlain Terra cotta Le Parfum ($73): My new favorite "summertime in a bottle" odour, it has notes of bergamot, tiare flower, ylang ylang and vanilla.
This soft, summery fragrance is similar a forbidden kiss on a tropical beach at sunset… I similar to reapply after about 5-vi hours to keep the scent going.
Guerlain Gloss D'Enfer Maxi Smoothen in 940 Nahema Stack ($30): Non-sticky and smooth, this sheer vivid orange gloss feels delightful on my lips, where it lasts about 2 hours. It tastes and smells a petty like rose-flavored candy, likewise.
Mmm…
Guerlain Le Vernis Nail Lacquer in 602 Tonka Imperiale ($25): This bronzy brown polish applies smoothly and shines nearly like a mirror.
Guerlain Rouge Automatique in 602 Tonka Imperiale ($35): This bronzy dark-brown looks great with a tan, and it matches the nail polish perfectly! Moisturizing and smooth, Tonka sticks effectually for ii-3 hours.
Guerlain Cils D'Enfer Maxi Lash Waterproof Mascara in 01 Noir ($30): My lashes await like falsies when I wear this mascara! So much corking length and ringlet hold, and it lasts all solar day long.
For me, this drove is like a three-day weekend in early June that gives you lot a taste of summer simply makes you lot require more. The cheeks and lips are on point for the flavour, and the new scent makes me want to volume a trip to someplace warm Right NOW!
I definitely would've liked to see more eye makeup, though (pardon the pun).
Speaking of summer trips…
I still don't have anything planned, just I'm tempted to go back to Kauai to visit my Kauai kitties…
I also started doing some inquiry/fantasy daydreaming last night into Republic of costa rica and Belize.
Both look super cool! If you've ever been or know annihilation almost them, please share. I'g intrigued past the ideas of being able to see Mayan ruins or wild animals.
